  1. Is there a php hook instead of a shortcode to place this anywhere on the page?

    • admin says:

Have you tried do_shortcode()? I really haven’t tried running the code from php as my main design goal was to make this easy enough for anyone to use.

Looks like a cool plugin. I’d like to use it, but…

The first part of it works fine, but the box for “We’re almost done…” is all weird and scrunched up. It’s literally impossible to read or enter info. Any idea why? Thanks.

    • admin says:

Hey Justin. Thanks for the feedback. Can you give me some more info on your setup? OS, Browser, etc… A screenshot would be really helpful too. If you can email it to dixon at atomicbroadcast dot net I’ll take a look and let you know if I can figure out what the issue is.

Hey, I love the coolness of this. It looks great.

However when I post the code to my page, it shows all the value data/code on my page? Can you please advise?

    Cheers,

    • admin says:

Hi Hayden. Thanks for checking out PressPay. This sounds like a conflict with your other plugins. Have you tried disabling them to see if you can determine which one is causing the problem?

  4. Scott says:

Is there an option to allow users to enter their own amount? Like I have customers who would like to pay invoices on line when they get them, but they are different amounts.

    • admin says:

Hi Scott. You could create a separate page for each user and enter the right amount in the shortcode. But, PressPay does not support user entered amounts right now. You might want to check out Woo Commerce as an option. It is much more flexible than PressPay. I wrote PressPay for people who wanted a simple solution and were overwhelmed by all of the features in Woo Commerce.

      Hi Scott,

I actually just had to do this myself. I used the private pages plugin from Sideways 8 to set up a private landing page for the user who had an invoice. Then, I put a Press Pay Button on the page so that they could pay the invoice.

So far, this is working well for me.

      Hi Luis,

I know we’ve handled this offline but I just wanted to reply here in case others are having this issue.

It looks like the problem is that curl is not installed on your server. Curl is needed to upgrade Press Pay but is not used for any other functionality. I’ve never really liked this solution and — after working with you to upgrade Press Pay — I have a better solution that I’ll be rolling out soon.

Until then, if anyone else is having trouble upgrading, please send an email to dixon at atomicbroadcast dot net and we will get you up and running ASAP.

      Thanks!

      Andrew
